Assistance Programs
There are several Down Payment Assistance Programs available to qualified buyers.
A buyer can receive up to $40,000.00 in assistance, these programs are all fixed interest rate and 30 year mortgages.
The buyer is required to have $1000.00 or up to 1.75% of their own money and they will need to attend a First Time Buyer Class.
First time Homebuyers may be eligible for a tax credit for up to $8000.00 For a limited time
